END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the internal operations dashboard ("the Application") operated by Maloney Construction LLC ("Company"). The Application is provided solely for internal business use by Maloney Construction LLC and its authorized personnel.

By accessing or using the Application, you agree to the following:

1. License. The Company grants authorized users a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for internal business purposes only.

2. Permitted Use. The Application may only be used by authorized personnel of Maloney Construction LLC. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to the general public.

3. Restrictions. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer the Application, or use it for any purpose other than authorized internal operations.

4. QuickBooks Online Integration. The Application connects to QuickBooks Online in a read-only capacity to display accounting and financial information. The Application does not write to, modify, or delete any data in QuickBooks Online.

5. No Warranty. The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability. Maloney Construction LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
