COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT HOTEL RENOVATION

Maloney Construction partnered with WrightWay Emergency Services to complete a full reconstruction of the Courtyard by Marriott in Ocala, Florida, after a pipe burst caused extensive water damage across 30 guest rooms and common areas. Working within a strict 30-day timeline and a live, operating hotel environment, the team managed demolition, drying, framing, and finishing in tightly controlled phases while minimizing disruption to guests. Despite uncovering additional hidden damage during demolition, close coordination with WrightWay kept the project on track, and Maloney Construction ultimately delivered the fully restored rooms and upgraded finishes three days ahead of schedule and under budget.
