We completed this comprehensive exterior restoration at North Tampa Behavioral Health Hospital following hurricane damage. The project focused on rebuilding the building’s critical water barrier system and replacing damaged Hardie siding to restore the integrity of the exterior envelope.

Our team carefully removed compromised materials, installed a new weather-resistant barrier, and replaced the siding to ensure long-term protection against moisture and severe weather. The result is a durable, resilient exterior that enhances both the building’s performance and its appearance while supporting the facility’s mission of providing a safe, welcoming environment for patients and staff.
